The Business Central integration installs as an extension from Microsoft AppSource (or sideloaded manually) and calculates tax on Sales Orders, Sales Invoices, and Sales Credit Memos. Posted documents sync to Numeral for filing, and canceling a posted invoice automatically triggers a void in Numeral. A visible "Tax Status" field (Pending or Calculated) shows calculation state directly on the document, and tax recalculates automatically whenever line items, quantities, prices, or the customer's address change.
